Building on our proud heritage.

Established By Frank King, in Wappenham in 1887, and still trading from the same site, F. King & Sons are a Seventh generation family business with a proud and distinguished heritage in providing building services in South Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas.

Over the past four decades, under the management of Paul King, we have built on our reputation in the local area for high quality construction of new buildings, alongside a measured and sympathetic approach to extension, renovation and conservation of an array of historic properties.

We are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about using traditional methods and materials, both local and from further afield. This ensures the heritage properties we are entrusted with working on are protected and preserved for future enjoyment and appreciation.

OUR APPROACH

We pride ourselves on our work with heritage buildings and have long used traditional methods and materials, for example lime mortars to ensure these properties are here for future generations to enjoy.

We're also experienced with working on modern properties, and enjoy the differing nature these aspects of our work present.

Over the years we've enjoyed completing a wide variety of projects on old and newer properties, including, Barn Conversions, Extensions, New builds, work on churches and other buildings of local historical importance.

Throughout these projects we complete all of the Groundworks and site preparation, Bricklaying, Stonework, lime plastering, lime rendering, gypsum plastering, re-pointing, first and second fix carpentry, slate and tile roofing and landscaping.

We work with a team of experienced and skilled tradespeople to ensure any project undertaken is completed to the highest standard. As such we're are able to take your project from start to finish in an efficient, organised and relaxed manner.
